Semiconductor Recruiters collects your email address to send its newsletter, uses it for nothing else, and does not sell it.

Overview

Semiconductor Recruiters operates independently and is managed by a group of independent recruiters who specialize in the semiconductor industry, across chip design, fabrication and the wider supply chain.

Collection

We collect three kinds of information. First, your email address, and your name if you provide it, when you subscribe to our newsletter. Second, the contents of any message you send us. Third, standard server log data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded automatically by our hosting provider. Aggregate analytics may also be used to measure site traffic. No advertising cookies are used.

Use

Email addresses are used exclusively to deliver the Semiconductor Recruiters newsletter. Messages are used only to reply, and log data only for security and maintenance.

Subscribing does not enroll you in any candidate database, and your address will not be used for recruiting outreach. The legal basis for the newsletter is your consent.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Our email service provider processes subscriber data on our behalf to deliver the newsletter, and our hosting provider processes log data to run the site. We disclose information to anyone else only if required by law.

Retention

Your email address is kept for as long as you are subscribed. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link that stops further emails immediately, and a deletion request removes your address entirely.

Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your data. You may also object to processing or complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests by replying to any newsletter.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards and keep stored data to a minimum.

Sponsorship

None accepted. Semiconductor Recruiters does not publish paid posts and does not enter into sponsorship arrangements with employers, equipment makers, recruiting firms or anyone else.
